They should inform you that they will be paying by redeeming City Bites. Once a User redeems a selected amount of City Bites, a screen will appear confirming the City Bite redemption.
As a final step, ask the user to show you or a staff member the confirmation screen on the YO! app. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the City Bites redemption and your updated balance.
